OBJECTIVES

• To create an effective management services in order to support and co-ordinate the actions and decisions made by the top management group;

• To provide an effective organization financial administration system in order to support the implementation of the Department’s strategies and programmes;

• To ensure that the planning, development and distribution of main resources including equipment and financial support for the implementation of strategic links, programmes and activities of the Department can be carried out efficiently;
 
• To determine the effectiveness of the administration and management of logistic assets including the equipments and technology are properly handled in line with the Department's objectives.

FUNCTIONS

The functions of the Management Services And Finance Division are to:

• create an integrated administrative and financial system for planning and managing the Department's budget including development plans and maintaining physical technology.

• plan and manage the Department's procurement and disposal of assets which include the determination process of technical specifications.

• plan and manage matters pertaining to logistics, repairs of the Department’s vehicles and broadcasting equipments.

• supervise Monitoring System development projects at the Department level.

• plan, implement and manage the safety of the organization's staff and the assets of the Department.
