OBJECTIVES

• To create an effective management services in order to support and co-ordinate the action and decisions made by the top management group;

• To provide an effective organization financial administration system in order to support the implementation of the department’s strategies and programmes;

• To ensure that the planning, development and distribution of main resources including equipment and financial for the implementation of strategic links, programmes and activities of the department can be carried out efficiently;
 
• To determine the effectiveness of the administration and management of logistic assets including the equipment and technology is properly handle in line with the department objectives.

FUNCTIONS

The functions of the Management Services And Finance Division are to:

• create an integrated administrative and financial system for planning and managing the department budget including development plan and maintaining physical technology.

• plan and manage the department procurement and disposal of asset which include the determination process of technical specification.

• plan and manage matters pertaining to logistic, repairs of the department’s vehicles and broadcasting equipment.

• supervise Monitoring System development project at the department level.

• plan, implement and manage the safety of the organization staffs and the asset of the department.
